My daughter had this as well. It never seemed to bother her and I would just clean her up every morning. They said it was a blocked duct as well and she may have to have surgery to correct it. It fixed itself when she was about 2 and we haven't had many problems with it since and she is 5 right now.

Yep breastmilk is has wonderful healing properties. However I'm not sure if it'll help with eye "goobers" I know that it will clear up pink eye. Eye boogers could be drainage from a stuffy nose and is normal. Also could be a blocked tear duct, but if it doesn't seem to bother her and she has no other symptoms I wouldn't worry excessively about it.

i had a blocked tear duct as a baby too..
and unfortunately STILL deal with it to this day.

Make sure you use warm compresses.. it helps to open it up and get circulation going...verrry important
