At your stage of pregnancy, it's normal for her to go really long periods of time without moving. It's nothing to worry about.

Usually you don't feel them much until around 20 or so weeks.

That early, it also depends on how thebaby is laying too~ it still has quite abit of room in there~ so you may not feel every kick~ I didn't even feel mine until about 18 weeks & that was my 2nd.

They probably wont start to get more regular until you're in the mid 20's.

My little girl is far less active than I ever imagined a baby would be (even at 39 weeks) - but doctor assures me she's a happy healthy baby in there.

Yea they tend to run out of room~ Jack has really cut back on his movement in the last week~ which I take as a blessing, he literally was hurting me when he moved. He still gets the hiccups about 4 times a day for about 15 min~ I figure it's his way of letting mama know he's still okay in there lol

with my second pregnancy my baby didnt move, she was super lazy lol. the first time i felt her move i was excited but then after that i didnt feel her except maybe one or two more times my whole pregnany i was so freaked out but the dr said it was okay and sometimes normal.. i was just scared because my first baby moved all day 24/7 nonstop the whole time and to this day she is very active unlike my youngest who still can sit in one spot and not move for a long time

I should clarify - she's never been very active. Like above, I think she's lazy, but I just say she's docile like daddy and I.

My baby gets the hiccups ALL the time too and I think the same thing...yep she's good. There was one day I didn't remember her moving really, so I fed her a lemonaide pop...she didn't start squirming but instead got the hiccups.

lol~ Jack was crazy~ up until like a week ago~ the one night he moved for like 2 hours straight~ I don't mean little bumps here & there~ he actually pushed 1/2 my stomach up about 2 inches above the rest of it~ I was starting to get a little sore   every now & then he can still rock my belly like a boat on an ocean

Oh my gosh - I've never had that. This little one moves so slow and smoothly that if I'm not watching my tummy I don't even know she's moving half the time. She used to push on one of my ribs and I could feel her feet slide off, but now that she's dropped she doesn't do that anymore either. She's just doing pushups on my hip bones now.

There is so much room in there you might not feel the baby all the time. Once it starts to get tight in there you will fell baby all the time.
