I'm leaving !

We're packing up & heading to Mississippi to my dad's tonight to get away from Hurricane Gustav !

I know it seems really early , but they are starting mandatory evacuation for my parish tomorrow & contraflow Sunday morning. So we just wanna get away before it gets too hectic , especially w/ a teething 7 month old ! So . . I just wanted to say byebye to Gaga for a few days , hopefully no more than that . .


Pray that I have a house to come home to !

I know I live near Galveston and we are leaving either tonight or tomorrow!

Yeah , I have friend in Baton Rouge who are going to stay & stick it out . But , here in St . Bernard . . it's way too iffy . They are expecting it to dump a lott of storm surge on us . . & for Katrina , I had 8 ft. of water in my house . Not taking any chances !

lol and i drove to houston today from san antonio   im going to missouri tho for a last family visit...but driving down to houston, i saw nothing but travel buses going to get inspected for passenger travel...

it's hitting me harddd right now trying to pack as much of ian's things as i possibly can. i really dont wanna lose all of his stuff. we don't have room to take all his big things . . it's so sad .
