HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!

SO im at work and i have this REALLLLY bad head ache its horrible. i thought it was because my hair was two tight so i took it out. but thats not it. help please.

take some tylenol if you have it or can get it

take a tylenol and drink some water thats one of those joys from pregnancy

I was told by my doctor especially if its a bad headache, that a bit of a caffeinated drink can help with headaches and see if you can get some tylenol from someone and see if that helps. Someone else said your sugar might be low, that's why I sometimes get headaches, sugary caffeinated soda might be a help. Hope you feel better.

Drink tonnes of water have some tylenol and tell your boss your going home

I know how you feel, I get headaches everyday, DR diagnosed me with migraines!

The best thing, besides the ones listed above, is to close you're eyes and put your head down for a few (if you can at work).


Or when you get home, lay down in the darkest room for about 15 minutes!

Extra strength tylenol is fine while you're pregnant, go for it and get that headache to go away. I take extra strength for body aches, my psiatic nerve goes nuts every once in a while and the doc said its fine.
