sores in a bad place

Ok so the past couple of days it has stung when I pee and there are a couple of sores on my vagional lips. They hurt like hell and more keep poping up. They look like red bumps but ever once in a while they will leak a clear liquid Does anyone know what then might be?

Gee, quit scaring this girl!
OP: Go get a warm, wet washcloth and lay it on them sores, or get in a warm bath and see if they soften up. They will eventually pop on their own. Keep them clean and they should go away.
Do not think herpes until you see a doctor. You should get checked out though soon since you are pregnant. No sex until then!
