not to be a debbie downer, but did he get bloodwork to confirm he doesn't have it? B/c 70% of herpes people don't know they have it and accidentally pass it on....not to mention it can remain dormant in one person and active in the another that it gets passed to...

I wanted to see what it looked like. Have a really good friend who thought she had a really bad yeast infect a couple years ago but it wouldnt go away long story short found out she had herpes. So i was just curious lol

scurry, I know...but that's a risk we all take. DH could have herpes and never know it even though he's had very very few sexual partners. I've only had unprotected sex w/ 4 people (the rest were w/ condoms), so I could have it too and not know it....but I've had bloodwork done for the past two years and nothing came back...so I doubt I have it.

Hrm i wonder if it could be a cyst (sp?) my friend had those a while back and the doctor could have drained them for her or gave her meds, she took the meds lol.

Having had less partners does'nt make a difference. My sister got the clap from her first b/f, the first guy she had sex with. Then again from her second realtionship. She's only been with 3 guys!! Bad luck I guess, atleast it was'nt herpes though. Someone could have herpes and only ever been with one person, you don't know these days. We live in a dirty world.
