re: Mr. Right...

i am blessed to be able to say that i have my mr. right. after making a lot of poor choices in the dating department, i came to realize that i had work to do on ME first and then i could fully give myself to another person. i did the work that i needed but still had a long way to go when i met my wonderful fiance.   *blushes* he makes me very happy.

of all the things you wrote on your list, i'm pretty sure he's all of them/does all of them. he's not perfect, but to me, perfection is boring. LOL. he's sarcastic as shit, just like me, and he makes me laugh ALL THE TIME! he loves kids (he's so pysched about our little girl coming...) and he's sooooo good to his own mom. that's one thing i was taught, if a man is good to his mom...he'll be good to you. he is good to me! he's not a mama's boy though. not in the sense that he's all about her all the time. he'd do anything for her, but i come first now. that's how it should be when you are in love with someone and ask them to marry you. i remember having that question posed to me: if your dad and your husband were both dangling off a cliff and you could only save one, which one would you save? the one you didn't save would die. well the answer, if you're truly in love and dedicated, while difficult and painful to think about is that you'd choose your spouse. i love my father with all my heart and he's my hero, but i'd choose justin everytime. he's worth it, he's my heart.

i think your list is achievable. you're not asking for perfection. you're asking for something very feasible actually. from seeing you around on BG i have come to form the opinion of you that you are amazing, mama (OP)! you are generous, funny and witty. i think any man would be lucky to have you.  

You should also add "Must not stink" on your list too.

I had a list of what I wanted but when he finally came it was so much more than a list could have ever held, and some of what i thought i want he wasn't but he is perfect, in every way

I am really glad to see that with all that youve been through that you are open to the idea of having another man and not given up hope for the rest of them!

I know when I fight with my husband, I think that I would just looooveee to be single and never deal with any man's skewed logic. But, the grass is always greener....

Thats good that you have the will to actually want to date again, many ladies that have been in situation like yours tend not to date and later down the road get back with him .

That's a pretty good list! I seriously think you can get through almost anything if you have a partner who makes you laugh. My husband and I have burp contests. They are epic.
