Weigh between 160-230?

If you're trying to lose weight, I just wanted to start a thread that will hopefully stick this time! I am almost 190lbs now, and my daughter is 6mos old. This is getting ridiculous!

I was 130-140 before having my first child, then I was between 150-160 before getting pregnant with my second. Now I'm almost a whopping 200lbs, and for someone who is 5'2..it's just not right, lol. I need a few diet buddys, I would love to have this thread I can come to and track what I ate during the day, and also compare it with what you ate as well! (Maybe I'll steal a recipe or two!)

You do not have to be 160-230lbs, I just put that because it's depressing seeing all you 130lb ladies trying to lose weight! Anyway, I hope this picks up! Also, if you have any diet tricks/awesome HEALTHY recipes, post them here!  

Another thing..What is your workout routine, are you currently exercising? Have a trainer? What is your ultimate goal, and what is your near future goal?  

Also!! If you can, post your prettiest PRE-baby picture, and your prettiest "FAT" picture!

I'm around 160 or so. Six months after having my daughter, I weighed 120.

It seems like this time it's taking so long (even though it's only been 3 months.)

I lose it, then gain it back!

im not trying to loose weight at the moment seeing as im pregnant..
but as soon as i have the baby im doing the lemonade fast for 10 days.

i wish that i was in that category! i am much heavier now. i was 160 and looked good and even wore a size 9 bot somewhere along the way, i got huge and gigantic and lost it! i dont think i have any pretty fat picks, but i will look so glad i am not the only on on bg fighting the bulge!

I'm 4 moths PP, and 175.  Before getting pregnant, I was about 155, but I SHOULD BE about 145 (I'm 5' 9").  So I have 20-30# to lose...but since I'm BF, I don't know how much I'm allowed to diet.  I don't want to get too few calories for my munchkin.  I'm pretty sure if I started working out again I'd start losing, but I have NO time.  It sucks...but I'll be checking in here!

You aren't going to breastfeed, right? Because you can't really diet like that if you're breastfeeding.

yeah i was 163 pre preg, which wasnt bad, but i was trying to lose a little fat off me. the smallest i have ever been since i hit puberty is 135, and there was like no fat on me, so that shows i am thick boned and broad. but i gained 35 lbs during pregnancy, and i lost 30 right off the bat, but now i gained 20 back   i suck. damn bfing cravings   they are worse than pregnancy i swear! but i cant really diet so i just try to eat healthy. now since i started to portion and eat healthier i lost about 5 lbs maybe. so we'll see how it goes from here.
i dont know if i have a pretty pre preg pic.   but i will look for a PP one.

ok not pretty but this is the only pre preg pic i have of more than just my face...on my 19th birthday, i was about 160 probably. i am on the right in the yellow shirt.


and to show how skinny my face was...


and this was in May... about 187 lbs.

OMG, girl, fighting the bulge...haha, that's a good way to put it.

UGH.

I am around 192! I gained 80 FREAKING POUNDS during my pregnancy.

Before pregnancy


Around 130 lbs

After pregnancy
at 6 months post partum(2 months ago)

I will join you on December 3rd!!! I am 5'2". 120lbs before my first, 155lbs. before my second and 190lbs. before this one. just went to the doc yesterday and I'm up 27lbs. so far which puts me at 217lbs. and a size 18!!! I wanna be a 6 again. Will have to wait til my hubby gets home to have him help me post the pics. I don't know how to use the photo scanner at my house...LOL! I'm almost technology illiterate....

I'm with ya girl. I was 135 and then i started working as a cna and shot u to 155 and then i had Aryah and now i'm about 150. I have lost 5 pounds in the last month but i was hoping for more by now. We went and bought an elliptical so i go on it for 26 minutes and we try to go for a bike ride every night. I eat a bowl of mulit grain cheerios for breakfast and dinner andthen for supper i eat a small meal and then if i'm hungry before bed i have anouther bowl. I have these love handles that wont go away and it piss ess me off!!! I was a size ten and now i'm in an eight and they are a bit loose but i would like to be down to 135.

So you must not be planning on breastfeeding... am not judging, but you need calories to bf.
