Yea I imagine that Army training will help jump start you. More power to you, i cry when I get yelled at. Not that it hurts my feelings...it makes me mad and I cry...

When I was 160, that is about when I started thinking of myself as "overweight"...which is insane I know. At every weight I have ever been at, I have been down on myself. I look at pictures of myself at every weight and think, "wow, I looked good then"...so I am hoping to get back to 170, when I really thought I looked fat, but actually, I looked so good.

But at 215 I really am FAT. I am not goting to get to the point where I am at 300 pounds thinking, "wow, I was a sexy 215"...noooooooo fucking way.

One problem for me is that I have never lost weight before. I just have been consistently gaining since junior high after I got my height. Pregnancy saw a 60 pound gain; 35 I lost already.

I fried potatoes in coconut and peanut oil tonight.  I had to make up with my husband for cutting his foot with the foot razor. Yes, I shave the dead skin off of his feet, I kind of like it although it is gross to everyone else lol.
Plus I was hungry. I worked off 400 calories at the gym--basically, what I just ate.

I won't be going to that kind of basic training, been there done that  

its no big deal to me, its their job lol

Well so far I havent done bad. Im 30 weeks and have gained 9 lbs. Hopefully I will loose what I need to after he comes.

My aunt gave me all manner of unhealthy things during this weekend I've been vacationing in Houston. For example: shaved ice with fruit, condensed milk, and ice cream....butter chicken (Indian food)....about 10 rice krispie treats that didn't get picked up by trick-or-treaters....migas....YUMMMMMMM

I am so very bad. Where is my self-control?
