Progesterone/spotting before AF Q

Hi ladies,

I read recently (online and in A Few Good Eggs) that spotting just before AF can be a sign of low progesterone. About two years ago I moved from Ohio to North Carolina. The first AF after I moved, I started spotting two days before AF. It was only a little, really like a "warning shot" that AF was coming. I didn't think anything of it.

I got pg in April, then m/c in May. We just moved back to Ohio. Last AF (the first after moving back), the spotting was lighter. This AF (just started), it didn't happen at all. I know this could be due to the pg/mc, but now I'm wondering if it's actually from moving back here.

Does anyone have a similar experience or know what could be up with this? All I can think is that there's something in the water or milk, lol. I plan to ask a doctor, but I'm temporarily without insurance so it will be a while before I can get to one. I'm mostly wondering if I should be concerned about this in relation to TTC. Any information, suggestions, or wild guesses are greatly appreciated.   Thanks!
