Hospital Bag

What'd you pack? What do you wish you would have packed? What could you have lived without? I'm about to start packing my bag. As of yesterday I'm 80% effaced and 1 cm dialated. So hopefully she'll be here soon!!!

I think that covers it..I hope cuz thats all my bag has...labor dust and good luck

Im packing very light... I went over board with my son of crap I didn't need... so this bag I have
shampoo, condition, toothpaste, toothbrush, ( I bought the travel size stuff) a hair tie,4 nursing pads,camera, me a change of clothes her a blanket, a recieving blanket, bringing home outfit, taking picture outfit and a couple shirts andI think thats about it... the hospital provides diaperspads ect....so im not bringing any of that

I packed.....or I will tonight.......cause I wont be able to sleep. So Im saving last mintue things for tonight to keep me busy....and make time go by faster.

2. my night gown.
3. my tooth brush
4. my hair brush
5. baby's first outfit
6.camera
7. film
8.going home outfit for me
9. magazines
10. headphones
11.books
12. cigerettes so I can have one after lol
13. my family.
14. and my lil card the dtr gave me to give to the regerstration lady
15. a lil make up so I wont look like death in pics and coming home.
16 Made sure hubby already put car seat and vase in car today.

Take home outfits for me and baby, burp cloths, shampoo, conditioner, soap, towel, and warm pj's..

Hospital provides everything else..

I packed everything else in any list you can find on the internet. Ugh.. waste of space.

Yes yes. Slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste.. if you have long hair something to pull your hair back. and camera***

I packed a few things I wish I didn't and didn't pack a few things I wish I would have! lol...
here's what i packed...
- toothbrush//paste
-comb
- chapstick
-jolly ranchers
- a couple hair ties
-my Medical Card ((of course))
- two nightgowns
-a couple pairsof undies
-about 5 pairs or so of socks
-2 nursing bras ((plus quite a few nursing pads))
- and a dress to come home in...
Then for Trinity I packed:
-a onesie
-two pairs of socks
-the outfit for her pictures
-her coming home outfit
-a hat
-two recieving blankets from home
-and my bobby pillow and two regualr pillows
- and we have the carseat hooked up in the car..
-a board game and a few magazines.

I wish I would have packed soap,shampoo, and conditioner!! Def. forgot that!!
I really didn't need the magazines//game board.--never got that bored...I also wasn't aloud to eat the jolly ranchers...I was also so swollen that my socks would have been VERY uncomfortable...also--I packed undies, but never wore my own..they supplied me with more comfortable undies...

A night gown
Underwear and pads
Nursing bra and pads
socks
shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, tooth brush
hair brush, hair spray and mousse, little bit of make-up just in case.
comfy clothes to wear home.
camera
slippers
a book to read (just in case)

For Baby:
Receiving blanket
outfit for pictures
outfit for home
a rattle
socks
botties
a hat

For Dad:
Nothing yet but thinking...
maybe some magazines
money for vending machine
address book (cell phones)
toothbrush
change of clothes

the one thing i wished i packed is a pillow because i didnt really like the ones in the hospital.

Yea I said that cause Id prob be nervous and forget somebody lol so imma check em off when we walk out the door to make sure I dont lol
