How do i know if im loosing parts of My mucus plug!!

I know this is kinda personal but i went to the bathroom when i got home and peed and after i wiped there was alot of discharge . how do i know if its frum the muscus plug ? or if its just normal if so what coloure would the mucus look like if im loosing parts of the plug?

Your mucus plug as gross as it sound is going to look like a booger. Kinda clearish whitish. a jelly consistency...thicker than a discharge.

im confused cuz . first pregnacy lol it was thick but i know it was nt my whole plug unless im just over worring . like i always do.

Does a mucus plug have a scent?
I had discharge before I was pregnant and I was diagnosed with Bacterial Vaginosis. Well, I got it cleared up but it came back and then they treated it as a yeast infection so I took anti-botics. It cleared up, then came back so I started doing over the counter stuff and it has not gone away and once I got pregnant, it only got worse. It has always had a distictint odor and so I wonder if it it's the dicharge or if your mucus plus does that as well?

Yea im in the same position i had an east infection abbout 2 weeks ago and treated it but now im loosing major muscus

it doesnt always have blood in it. i slowly was loosing mine over a period of about 3 weeks. it was thicker than all the other discharge and a yellow greenish color. every time i wiped i got a little. sometiems tho i would get a big glob of it all at once. the night before i went in to labor there was tiny bits of blood in it. the dr even told me it was parts of my plug that i was losing when she checked me for dialaiton. thats how i was sure it was.
