I hate doctor's who dont listen!!!

i know whqat you're saying! my doctor always blows off all my complaints, and finally when i called the number to speak to a nurse she told me i had signs of pre eclampsia! so i have to go in and get checked. doctors can be ass holes.

See what I'm saying? And pre eclampsia can be severe to a pregnancy!! UUgghh, where do these ppl go to college to be a "doctor"? I'm gonna start calling myself a doctor!

I went in complaining of severe severe cramping in my first pregnancy and the doctor said "oooh its the flu drink lots of water" the flu seriously? Ok went home ... next day the cramps were worse ... went to the ER ... doctor said "ooooh its a UTI" ... went home, lost baby. Just because no one wanted to listen to me. I wont make that mistake again! Doctors WILL listen to what I have to say!!!

my dr never listens to me like last week i fell getting out of the shower right before my appointment and i told him and i showed him my bruised up leg butt and side and he just said, "Oh the baby didnt even notice, im sure!" i also have pre exsisting high blood pressure and he could give a rats ass that even with meds it wont go down and that i am having severe blurred vision! so i made an appointment with another dr for this week, lets see what he says tomorrow!

i know! it really made me furious when i found out, and the nurse was like "why didn't you come in when you first started getting those symptoms?" i was so angry! it's stupid.

he also told me that i was unhealthy because i was bound to gain over 35 pounds.  

i'm glad somebody else feels the same way.

I don't know ... there may not have been anything they could have done, but none the less ... i got brushed off by two different doctors. One at the OB office ... who i will NEVER see again and the other was some doc at the ER ... you live and learn I guess but I will be heard from now on!!!!

If you search under "RIP" in the search field for posts, you will read the SADDEST story ever. I came across it looking for posts about babies at 35 weeks or premature, since I thought I would deliver early. Her water broke, and she went to the hospital. They wanted to keep the baby in longer, so they kept her there, and said that unless she got an infection or something, they would keep the baby in for 7 days, then she could have her baby girl. And they told her the baby is capable of replacing the fluids that she lost. After 2 days, they stopped doing the regular tests, the U/S, heart rate, etc. She Demanded they take the baby out because she felt something was wrong. They said everything was fine. They did a check, heart rate was fine, baby was moving. She still demanded they take her daughter out now, she was already far enough along the baby would have lived and been FINE.. they waited the extra 2 days w/o tests... She LOST the baby!! She was on babygaga asking what to do.. and ALL of us women said she should just tell the DR what was up .. to get her out ASAP.. isin't that SOOOO sad??

thats not just sad but absolutely maddening! I would choke that damn doctor!, that why more and more ppl are having their babies at home. Doctors just cannot be trusted......
