How can I upload an avatar pic?? I read the FAQ and followed those instructions but didn't get anywhere. I'm trying to get it from photobucket, it's not over the size limit, and I just copied and posted the link. Does anyone have some help????

make sure you copy the one that says Direct Link, not Email & Im.
