Infant stools???

posted 26th Aug
Hey Ladies, I need your help!!! I started my son Elijah on solids(cereal) when he was 4months old, he was doing so good I decided to start him on actual food(squash) a week ago. He loved it so much, he was on that for 3-4days and just yesterday he started be very colicy and spitting of a lot(which he never done until then). His stools are greenish yellow and very plumy( Like if you blow snot in a namkin that is what it would look like but a slight plumped. Is this normal? Is he having a reaction or something? Please help, I am so worried right now.

Edit: I stopped feeding him solids, he is on bm btw.

Yes I think that I have, I stopped feeding him solids. Every mother makes mistakes and we dill with it and he have to fix it. I feel so horrible and I am going to keep him off as long as I can. Thanks!!!

I wouldn't worry too much about the color of it. If they eat alot of greens than there poop will be tented green, squash tented a little yellow. I would take it in moderation, not too much at one time. There stools will be outa wack the first few weeks of introducing solids, nothing to get really worried about. I started feeding my girls solids around 4 months and they did pretty good with it.
