AMEN sista! Tattoos and piercings aren't bad - but it's a serious risk while you're PG. I'm glad someone else around here has common sense! I had a sleeve started when I found out I was PG, and had to put it on hold for 10 months while I cooked the little one. I'm glad I did - I would never want to put my baby at risk!

ok so after going threw the posts i found out why lol, i think these lady's are right, why else would it ask if your pregnant on the form, i know there alot of risk while pregnant but id say thats a big one to me, like i go quadding lol lady's don't freak im only go 10k and its just to the cornor store i could see quadding being a major risk if im doing 20k over a bumpy area, but no piercer in there right mind would pierce you pregnant.

girl i started my god damn sleeve about a month before i was knocked up!!! i can't wait to get added on to and climb up to my shoulder:-) i started at the wrist...but for real...who the hell would risk either or while preggers??? dirty needles? staff infections? healing issues? general infections? hep b? ..hmmm the list could go on..but they might not be legit reasons haha..i'm strong enough to wait even tho my tats are my weakness :-)

this may have already been said but i have read in numerous places that something in the chemicals in tongue rings can be dangerous for the baby.

I had the outline done, and I was pretty upset. They are my true weakness too - I started with one and SWORE that would be it. I have 19 now! Half sleeve, chest piece, side piece, and I'm still going!

well no not in all cases lol, it was dramatic affect, but still there is some cases where people have

no good piercer would do it, it asks your on that paper you have
to fill out before you get it done if you are pregnant or not.
They will dont do it cause it puts to much stress on the baby,
dont no how that is but that is what i was told by my piercer.
I couldnt even get a small percing like the top of my ear done
while being pregnant.

yeah, i wouldnt think that infections were anything but bad for your pregnancy. I was saying i hoped the girl had enough sense to take something out if it was by chance to get infected while she was carrying her child.
