Ok...so its been a good two months almost three now since my son was born. \due to ripping i got a couple stitches. my stitches has healed but whenever i go down to wash myself in the shower or get intimate, that part would hurt or feel sore. is that normal or should i go get myself examed?

my area is fine down there but sometimes i feel like it opened up or something I think you are fine

I do believe it is normal. Me and my husband had intercourse (TMI) for the first time two days ago, and here I am 10 weeks PP. It did hurt, and kind of felt like I tore again, but I didn't. Try a different position and it may feel better. After you get over the inital pain, it stops hurting!! Good Luck!
