My labor story!! She's here!!

So went to my ob this past fri morning and stripped my membranes again.The two previous days i'd also had contractions. They stayed constently 3-4 minutes apart and everyday they got stronger. We came to the hospital 3 times in the last 2 days.
When we left thursday i was still at 2cm. All day fri, i felt horrible. The contractions were making me cry and the ambien they gave wasn't working.
But by the time we arrived last night around 11pm, i was at 6 cm!! So they put me in the bed, but couldn't give me an epidural yet. The contractions were horrible!!! So layed there for hours because the demorral they gave wasn't helpin at all. Finally around 6:30 my midwife showed up and then Dr. Sharon showed up around 7am. I told them i had to push and didn't know why. They checked me and said i was a 9 and to start pushing!! BTW..i couldn't have an epidural because i had a highwhite blood cell count. I pushed for an hour and then came our 9lb baby girl!! She's sooo beautiful!!

Congrats! I totally feel your pain though - my son was 9lbs and I had no drugs or epi. She is a cutie!

Congrads!! And without an epi geeezzz my son was 9lbs12oz and I couldnt have imagined that without an epi lol. Great Work she is a cutie!!
