I'm looking to see how it worked for you.. I've been thinking about looking into it along with the Special K Challenge?

I really thought about it before this pregnancy but the thought of spontaneously getting the motor oil shits was too horrible.

Yeah.. that's kinda freaking me out.. but I'm thinking that along with the Special K diet which is low fat and non oily should prevent it.

my friend did that, the alli and special K diet and lost like 30 some lbs! I want to do it but im nursing still..soo..no dieting for me. I did the special k diet 3 months before i got pregnant and lost about 15 lbs, but never went down a size! lol I just lost my butt...
