Bleeding after c sect... how long??

Ok my Son will be 4 wks wed & I am still spotting on & off..... they say about 4 wks but shorter for a c sect.... it will stop for a couple days, then I'll spot a few hrs then bleed for another dayish.... How long should I expect this to continue My dr said it was ok to have sex at 4w PP but if im still doin this im scared to (but im far more than ready & feel fine to)....
this is how the bleeding done that I was hospitalized for right before I had him I would spot an hr or so then bleed then stop & its the reason the took him early! I dont think anything is wrong Im hoping....

That's how mine was for about 6 weeks PP with DS (emergency c/s). Can't answer you on the sex part b/c DH was in Iraq until DS was 4 months old  

I spotted for about 4 weeks after, I think as long as you are not filling up a pad you should be fine....
Sex....hhhhhhhmmmmm we waited about 5 weeks...LOL... But remember that you are super fertile righ now and also tell him to be gentle because any rough movement can cause your incision to open....

Oh dont worry I have the condoms byside the bed already lol!! I have 2 friends with 4 mo olds that are prego again already I really want another but not for a year or 2 atleast LOL!!!!
& As fr as gentle I've made that perfectly clear for the last few wks lol!
