6 month old with big people poops? tmi sorry

Ok so i know this is probably tmi but i gotta ask. My son is almost 6.5 months old and whenever he poops its like big people poop. Its hard not really really hard but hard and its green. I have not changed his formula hes eating stage2 foods but i havent changed any of them and hes had them this way for awhile. Theres never any blood or anything with it. Im just curious if anyone elses babies have this issue? Of course i forgot to ask the doc when he was there for his 6 month check up.

Is he getting any water with his food? My doctor suggested starting my daughter on a cup with water or a small amount of juice with her meals to keep her poops soft.

yeah Aidan's has been that way too... instead of doing his regular 3ozs of water and 1 ozs of baby juice after lunch I might do half and half of water and some prune juice today...

yeah the sitter gives him water. I started giving him some juice just so he can wash everything down. I guess we'll try that and see how it goes.

Caleb has been the same way. He used to be very constipated and so a while ago I started giving him 2 oz of 1/2 apple prune juice 1/2 water. Now that he's been on solids his poop is the same as your son's. It doesn't seem to hurt him though. But I make sure I give him juice with dinner. I give him 3 oz instead of 2 now. And it's just regular apple juice. It seems to help a little bit.
