Sea Bands for morning sickness

TOTALLY ROCK SO FAR!
I feel just fine, despite puking once this morning. I don't know (or care) if the effects are merely psychological, because I feel awesome and that's all that matters.

Anyone else use these? Did they work for you?

i used them last prego- and i think they do help.., then after I didnt need them they made great cat toys!lol

I've been suggesting those ever since I had my lil' girl.. they were amazing & worked wonders for me when I was preggo!!!  

I didn't use the sea band but my doctor prescibed me these pills for motion sickness, and they worked great

I used them. They worked a little.

I ended up needing meds to help me keep my food down.

Aw they didn't work for me, I tried everything because I was sooo sick my first 4 months. Nothing helped me though, the pills dulled it some but I still was too sick to function most of the time. Ugh I'm so glad that part is over!

I used them with my other 2 pregnancies, they work pretty good.   Luckily no morning sickness this time so haven't needed them.

what is sea bands? ill try anything to keep some sort of food down. doctors already prescribe phenergherm but it makes me so drowsy that i'm sleeping for 22 hours out of the day. blllllllahh

Oh yeah phenergan will knock you out like a tranq lol. If you tell your doctor about that they might suggest Zofran. Its a drug for cancer patients who are nausous from their treatment. It was the only thing that took the edge off and made it so I could somewhat function during the day. I still got sick and threw up but not quite as much. I was also on previcid because I ended up getting acid reflux and that also calmed down the barfing haha. Anyway ask about Zofran. 

I tried the Sea Bands when I was really sick with no luck : ( I ended up getting Zofran from my doctor which works well. It makes me a little tired, but nothing terrible. I just recently had to get more, I hope I don't need them, but it is nice to know that I have them just in case!

My co-worker used them and she said they were awesome. She was a waitress at when she was pregnant so she was around all that food. She said they worked wonders for her at work.

I'm a hostess at a really busy restaurant, and they absolutely stopped me from barfing on customers all summer when I wanted nothing more then to keep my mouth shut and had to talk for 8 hours instead... *LOL*
Best part is, before I started telling people I was preggo I would tell them that I was wearing sweatbands because I write so much my wrists start to sweat... *LOL* Everyone bought it surprisingly...

I work in customer service and all I wanna do is sit down and maybe hang on to a trashcan, but they really help! I'm still a little nauseous but its so much easier to control it!

Only thing I hate is they are hideous and look like lame 14 year old Good Charlotte bracelets
