Just one of those days *vent*

Ugh it really is one of those days where everything makes me want to just fall to pieces. I am so frustrated with everyone and everything. My husband is working his ass off to support us yet his hours are so screwy he comes and goes at all hours of the day and night. It sometimes feels like I'm single again. When he IS home, he's tired and stressed and I know he doesn't want to do thie things around here that need to be done that I am unable to do right now (mowing the lawn, helping to paint the nursery, moving furniture around, etc.)
His family makes me feel like crap one minute because he works all the time and they say I need to do more yet as soon aswe find out there are some complications with the pregnancy and I am on restricted activity for the next week or so, they yell at me forhaving done too muchand what was I thinking? I'm a grown woman for fucks sake!!! And who else was going to do it all...it's not like they ever offered to come help me when my husband is gone.
My days are spent waiting for my husband to come home and when he is called to work at 2:AM I can't sleep from worrying about him.
His grandmother lives in an apartment beneath us and has her fucking nose in all of our business and it's getting to the point where she is ripping this marriage apart without even realizing it.

I have tried so hard to be the perfect wife and daughter in law and grand daughter in law and it seems like no matter what, it's never good enough.

Ugh. Sorry for the vent...had to get it out.

dont sweat it- youll feel like you do more once the babies here., mothers do more. Its just a given. So dont feel bad- and dont let that lady waste space in your head. It ll all work out, it sounds like you have a loving hard working husband who will be a great father!

Girl I have been through it all!! It is soo hard when you fell all the stress of husabands working late, in-laws, and everything else!! My husband was laid off one week after we had our first baby in 01 and that was really stressing. This time around he is in a supervisor position and has to be out at work every time something breaks down. This last week I seen him a couple hours at night and it was soo stressfull on me having two other kids running them around to school and football practice and not to mention one is 2 1/2 and into everything!! . . . . . . . . . . . And WOW what can I say about in-laws that subject is sooo touchy for me. My in-laws live 2 hours away and we see them like once a year at Christmas. My oldest will be 7 this year and they have never made a birthday party, and with my 2nd baby they didnt even come to the shower!! It is very annoying. I bet she will show up for the babies delivery on the 19th so she can act like shes grandma of the freakin year and my other kids really dont even know her!! Gosh its soo stressfull and annoying!! But hang in there things will get better just don't let your husband take sides your his wife and the mother of his children he should give you 100 % support when they aren't.

Sweetie! This is what I'm here for! We could be doing all kinds of interesting things lately.
Does Ed see the problem with his Grandmom or is he oblivious to the fact right now?

He wants to move us to Delaware in the spring time which at this point I will happily take just to get away from El Troll downstairs.

Well it's a ghetto old plug in push mower so I heard her out there with it the other day. I went out and was like "grandma, you don't have to mow the lawn it's ok Ed can take care of when he's off next" and she goes "noooo, hee work tooo much...SOMEBODY should haaave already done it so I guess I'll have to now."
I spent that whole day painting and cleaning out the nursey and ripping up carpet and moving shit around and she acts like I sit here and jerk off all day. So when the doctor told me all that the other day about softening cervix and what not, his grandmother had the sack to tell me I need to take it easy and start being careful so nothing happens to HER baby...
I think I popped a blood vessel in my head trying to restrain myself.
Oh and then Ed's mom tried to tell me that even IF the baby were to come now it'd be totally find b/c she knew someone born at 24 weeks and blah blahb lah. WTF! Yeah, I'd love to give birth in the middle of my 6'th month you stupid asshole.
I tried to say something to him about all of this but when he comes home after working 18 hours the last thing I wanna do is jump on him about his stupid family.

Maybe I do need to get out. I'm gonna kill someone otherwise.

Yeah it sounds like it! If the baby came out at 24 weeks it would be a problem! What an idiot. Just cause it's been done doesn't mean it's the way to do it.Ya know what though, if you and Ed aren't fighting and he has no problem with what you do then let it be. In the long run it really doesn't matter what anyone else in his fam thinks, just him.
God I have so been through some shit like this with my in laws before it's not even funny. After 10 years of being together I'm just know realizing how to handle them and their rediculous antics!It wasn't easy, lemme tell you but I know he sees them in the same light I do so I just try to laugh at them all.

THAT"S IT!!!! We should have a talk shit day! I'll have my mommy watch the girls for an afternoon and we can trade crazy in law srories. I can guarentee you'll feel better about his family after that! LOL!
