Your favorite workout video.

What is your favorite workout video? Like one that really gets results?
Im only 16 days PP so I cant exactly workout right now (well, im not supposed to...) but I cannot stand the way my body looks right now! So I was just wondering.=]

I have a Salsa dancing one...not sure what's its called, but its fun and does your whole body...with results. I saw on tv that Mario Lopez came out with a dancing one as well.

hip hop abs.. ive lost so many inches with it.. its great.. do total body burn thats the best one!

my friend is a trainer at a gym and she says that the Bender Ball workouts work really well. i havent tried them yet but i want to. if you go to benderball.com i think the videos are only like $9.99 + s&h

I have/love The Biggest Loser workout DVD's, there are 3. You can get them on NBC.com for like 10 bucks each....

CATHE FREIDRICH she's really hardcore so it is NOT easy
i do her videos 5 times a week alternating body parts (upper,lower, or bicep & tricep, legs & glutes) along with my own cardoi ( about 30 - 40 minutes)
