Question about a poopy diaper? (TMI)

my 17mo old just pooped and I went to change her and her poop is green part water and part poop and there's red stuff there too. Looks like spagetti sauce? I've never seen this before and we has mac and cheese, corn, and chicken last night which she's eaten planty of times before. Any ideas??

Sounds like regular diahrea. I'd just get pedialyte and keep an eye it. If it doesn't get better by tomorrow then I'd call a doc
