The end of the world? Wow...

So i was at the store check out line yesterday and this lady behind me noticed I was pregnant so she smiled at me and said "congrats sweetheart, I see your expecting" I looked at her and smiled and then turned back around. Then she tapped me on the shoulder and said "If you dont mind me asking, do you know if youre having a boy or a girl?"...so i turned back around and said im having a boy.... OUT OF NO WHERE this cluck starts reciting (chanting?) some prayer and i looked at her like what the fuck? Then she looks back up at me and frowns and i asked her what the problem was....she stares at my belly and tells me that satan planning his return and he is preparing his army because the end of the world is coming...which is why there are so many more boys that are going to be born from here on out than girls!!! ooohhhh my gosh I have never been more creeped out in a long time! I just looked at her, looked down and my belly, and turned around. I didnt know if i was more offended, or creeped out. How would you have reacted???

you guys would have laughed at me if u had seen how HUGE my eyes got... like deer in front of head lights... i was like man... the ONE time i go grocery shopping.. i get this bullshit!

i had this happen to me; my husband invited one of his buddies over and he brought his MOM..his 75 year old MOM to my house for dinner... shes this crazy religious woman and i had JUST found out i was pregnant; and she did this ceramony over me; made me lay on the couch and stuff i was trying not to be rude...first time i have ever met this lady..but wtf is wrong with people? lol she sang songs and did a dance....and everyone was so serious and im liek are you KIDDING ME?

the friend apoligized the next tiem he came over; but i was wierded out for the longest time.
