Shawn for a girl?

What do you you think of a baby girl named Shawn?

I know it's people think it's strictly a boys name, but I do know a few girls named that. And also, there's that gymnast Shawn Johnson from the Olympics this year.

I acame up with a few middle names you could possible use with Shawn as a first name.

i know a lady named shawn....it's not one of my faves, but it can definitely be a girl's name.   and i think the middle names you chose sound good with it.

im not a fan but its personal opinion totally..i mean shes your daughter  I think shawn elizabeth flows the best, have you ran it by your babys dad yet?

My honest opinion is... I don't like it. But other people's opinion shouldn't decide for you. The name you choose should be one you like. If you like it, go for it.

I was going to say Shawn Johnson. lol. I like it. I think it's cute. I like Shawn Elizabeth best.

I have a girl cousin named Shawn. It was never odd to me. I like it.

I know a girl who's first and middle name are Nikki Sean (Shawn is the same)

i really hate boys names on girls. you have no idea how hard it can be for a woman w/a mans name. everything w/sex usually gets marked malr (unless she does it) being in a call center career, you get a whole new perspective on names. I think giving a baby girl a boys name is just down right cruel!

i don't think it's extreme. I think male names on girls are cruel. don't agree w/me. that's your opinion.
