Mine was natural ... no drugs ... I had early back labor for 2 days, then finally decided even though my contractions weren't lasting that long, they were very close and I was in a ton of pain so we rushed to the hospital ... I was 4cm when I was admitted, got in the hottub and felt my water break, they checked me an hour after admitting me andI was 7cm, an hour later I was almost fully dilated and pushing. I pushed for about 40 minutes and out she came, no tearing or episiotomy just a little 'road rash', I was up walking around later that night ... she was 7lbs 11ounces and beautiful. I would do it again in aheartbeat, you do forget the pain as soon as they come out.

My labor & Dilvery was great. My water broke around 5:30 inthe morning. I got to the hospital around six, and I was 5-6 cm dialated. They came in, put an IV in, I think they chacked me again after that. I was like at an 8. Then I got my Epi, my best friend. I didn't feel a thing after taht. I was fully dialated by 10:00am. I statred pushed at 11, because I didn't feel any pressure, or anything for that matter. And I had my baby at 1:00 PM. Exactly 13 hours after his due date. He was 9lbs 2oz and 21 inches long. Had an episiotomy. But I still didn't feel a thing. No pain whats-so-ever after my epi.
