Stroller info needed

I am looking into buying a stroller and I came across the Contours - Lite Plus Stroller with Music on the Go by Kolcraft. Does anyone have this already? I need to know if it is suitable for a newborn and will it lay back all the way like the standard more heavier strollers do. Also, do you think it is worth buying? My husband really likes this one because it's not all "cutsie" and it's lightweight but I just need to make sure it will accomadate a newborn. Any info will be helpful.
