and when you try to walk away from him try talking to himas you walk maybe if he hears your voice he will be fine”Yeah, I do talk to him and that seems to help a little. I'll try the clothing thing. Thanks for the advice.
Quoting kc_jones78:“ He wakes up screaming in the middle of the night? Maybe your house is haunted. From my experience he ... [snip!] ... like two. I had seperation issues from my son too but he didn't go to daycare till he was 18 months so his was more prolonged.”We don't run to him when he starts screaming......we try and wait it out. If he persists one of us tries to reassure and soothe him, then we leave the room. Picking him up is our last resort. Funny you should mention "Haunted House" because we have had strange occurrences here in the past. I don't think that's the issue though.

Quoting kc_jones78:“ jsut don't give in to having him sleep in your bed, I made the mistake adn had him stuck with me unecessarily ... [snip!] ... and lazy at three in the morning, I letGabe snooze in my bed and regret not havingour bed to ourselves for all those years.”He sleeps fine in his crib during the day. We were so exhausted yesterday we let him sleep in the bed for awhile. It's so hard when you're so exhausted and he just won't stay asleep in his crib. Ir'a weird how he is so peaceful in his crib during the day. I wonder if something is waking him up at night......like the neighbor's dogs.
