I had mine done at 40wks 1d..
But that's 'cuz of some complications
My step mom had 1 at 36 weeks and her second at 29 weeks..it wall just depend on the doctor.

and they are not "supposed" to be done.
Just motly if there is a problem with the baby or you

It doesn't matter HOW tiny you are. I was 118 pre-pregnancy and could have had my son but his heart rate was dropping so they did a section
