Baby Weight ??? Please help!!!

Ok ladies, My son is 6 weeks old and weights 12 pds he was 7lb 11oz when he came home is he too big or average??? He dosent look fat to me he looks like a long baby...he dosent look like a 1month old....he holds his head up for few seconds he is very alert... 
does he look fat to you ladies???

Aiden was 7lb 7oz at birth and last week at the dr he was 10lb 13oz. He is 6 weeks also so I'm guessing its average.

My baby wants to eat 4oz every 2hrs sometimes he cries for more...i just started to bf again this week ...i dont want to have an obesit(sp) baby

he was 6 wees early thugh and weighed 6lb 2.8oz at birth

My son is 20-24 lbs at 7 months. once they get more active they lose alot of weight!
Like when he started to roll more he lost a good 2-3 lbs in a month.
I can't wait for him to start crawling to lose a little more
you can also ask about baby woorkouts if you get conserned(sp?) about his weight.
I'm going to ask on tuesday at Xanders wic appointment!

my daughter was born 7 and was 14 pound 4 ounces when she was 2 months old.

well that kinda makes me feel bad....cause Antonio is only 14-15 lbs and he is about to be 7months, but I its due to the chemo- which makes him not want to eat, but just wait til its all over, he is greedy when he is feeling well....he is going to be huge and make up for the food he missed
