Zumba!

For all you ladies looking for a great way to exercise the baby weight off & have fun while doing it, try Zumba! It's totally awesome! I've been going to a local Zumba class for 2wks now, and I LOVE IT! (it helps if you love to dance too!)

It's all Latin/Hip Hop dancing... it's awesome =) It's been HELL for me to get this weight off, but I'm actually really hopeful about this..

Oh I would def. not dance like that at the clubs!! hahah.. def not! It's just a great way to work everything all over your body at once=) I've lost like 5-6lbs in the past 2wks doing it.. it's great!

  I wish I could see someone dancing in a club like that. It does look fun to do though... only in a dance room though lol not in public.

The guy in the green pants is really shakin from 2:35-2:55! The pink gal is having a harder time getting the move..haha. Fun to watch! Looks like it would be good exercise.

I saw an infomercial on that recently! I want to try it sooo bad. I just got a job at a gym w/ a free memeber ship, I hope they have Zumba classes!

I lost a lot of weight before I got pregnant in Hip-Hop dance classes.. it's so much fun =)
