Prolapse??!! TMI.. Please help

I had my baby 2 weeks ago, and the last few days I noticed weird pressure and like there was something there at the opening of my vajayjay, so I checked. And my cervix is right at the opening and even pops out alittle!!! I have been doing some research and found out about prolapse.. So is it possible for this to be normal and maybe it will go back with alittle more time??? And do you think this is serious enough to warrant a call to the doc ASAP or should I wait till my 6 week appt???

whoa! i would call the doc right away! that would freak me out so bad!

this is way tmi but i felt that oo after i had my last child..only not so far down...but it eventually went back up....since its protruding id call my doc if i were you

You need to call and go in sooner. The earlier they catch it, the faster it can be fixed ...it's not something you want to let sit! Good luck.

Yep... This is my second child and I don't remember anything like this with my first... Im just trying to find out as much info on it as I can since I am out of town and can't see my doctor untill monday anyways.. And Yes I am totally freaked out!!!!

I can tell you that my friend's mom had one after her third child and didn't get it fixed and now it's just....there. It would take a lot more work to fix that it would have if she would have repaired it while the muscles were still tightening back up and everything was settling. Call soon!

mt best friend has a prolapsed bladder from pushing her baby out and needs surgery   the sooner you get it looked at the better

That must have been so scary for you! Get it checked out!

That is in NO way normal. Honestly I would go to the ER. There is a really high risk of infection with prolapses.

Let us know if you are ok. I am sure you will be, but I am worried 

So I went into the doctors today. And I am prolapsed.. They said there is nothing they can do for it right away.. And they might be able to try a couple things down the road.

well I'm glad you went and got checked out. I don't know anything about prolapse, but I hope everything works out ok.

I think it should be fine. This is my last baby anyways, so its not like I really need it any more
