what kind of spider is this??

Sorry but I am freaking out, I just found this in my kitchen and I am seriously afraid of bugs/insects/crawly things. We don't have any spray to kill it and I was too scared to smash it so it is trapped under a glass until my boyfriend gets home to kill it and see if there are any more around... I just know there are some dangerous spiders in AZ but I don't know what it is...





the pics are huge, sorry, so if they get resized and look all jacked up you can open them elsewhere.... eghhh please tell me it is harmless

wolf spider is what I thought it was but when I google searched it it looks totally difference.. the spider in my house has really scrawny legs and doesn't have markings like that...

and everyone who said smoosh it or take it outside, nuh uh, not going near that thing... creepy crawly legs ewww. He'll have to wait a few hours to be freed..
