i have alot of crap on him already and it just keeps adding up but he clames hes got dirt on me to and if i tryd to make him pay child support or try taken her from him then he would take her from me and he could do that but idk how

the only way he can really take her from you is if he proves you cannot support your child. and thats it.

well i can support her or well my family can...rite now im unemployed and my family has bn buyn everything...but he gets a check every month so would he get more pull since he gets income and i dont?

oh well even in that case he still wont get custody because he cant really support a child just off of a check he gets once a month. is he working?

I don't blame you. The only person i'm trusting with my baby are my parents. I couldn't imagine sending him to his fathers with another girl there. You don't know what kind of jealous psycho the girl could be. And her taking her jealousy out on the baby. That stuff is way too common.

no he dosent have a job! he sets home and stays on the computer! he baught me a puppy and he cant evern take care of her she says in the cage all the time! idk how hes gnna take care of a bby
