seriously

how many of you let your kids get away some things they should not be doing?? My kids were just jumping on the furniture taking pics of themselves and I caughtt them but I just could not yell at them! Anyone else??

Well my baby is not here yet, but I definitely don't have that problem with my siblings lol.

Whenever the toddler does something funny that she shouldn't do I am always laughing too hard when I say no and she does it again because she thinks she is so funny. Like C tried to get her to say Derek, and she said DICK! really loudly and because we were laughing so hard she kept yelling it over and over and laughing her pants off. Ah good times..

Yea. My 10yo and my 6yo were stepping on the back of the rocking chair and kept tipping it and my 6yo said she was rocking and rolling it was too cute to yell!

haha if you just ignore it they wont do it again..even if you gotta run in the other room to laugh..definetl;y hard sometimes

Yeah luckily she forgot about it. but it was pretty funny when it happened. Also because we were at the park and there were lots of other kids and their parents around. lol.

I figure as long as they arent doing anything to get hurt then oh well....after a few kids you learn to pick your battles!

i'm sure some moms would say I'm far to lienient on my kids but, unless they are doing something dangerous or really inapropriate, i don't stop them. I let them be and do who they are. there isn't too much as far as rules in my house and we like it that way.
it boils down pretty much to
be respectfull
hold hands in a parkinglot
don't jump on the babies head (LOL)
don't jump on the bed unless mommy or daddy are holding you (everyone needs a good jump on the bed now and again)
shoes off while on a bed.
common sence stuff but, no really difficult or strict rules.
