Back Pain???

Soo i have been having this crazy back pain for the last week or so and its in my upper back on the left side (under shoulderblade) and it radiates all the way to underneath my left breast (sorry if tmi). At first i thought it was my bra maybe too small or cutting off circulation but no. Then i thought it was because im laying on my side and my boobs are bigger now so the strain is making that area hurt so i started sleeping in a bra but that didnt help either and now its just like so annoying all day it hurts.It just feels like i got punched in the back right underneath my shoulder blade or something its crazy. if it doesnt stop im gonna mention it at my next visit but does anyone have any idea wat could be causing this? 

The baby is causing it......
My baby is causing the same types of pains for me too....  
It's frustrating.

maybe you have an air pocket inbetween your ribs.

Its the baby! Or it could be the way your sleeping. Girl, I had the worst pain in my ribcage.. right under my left boob, and it wrappe around into my back under my left shoulder blade.. it hurt to move, sneeze.. all of that. It was real sore, its better now.. but my OBs nurse said its the baby up under your ribcage. Try to move the baby by pushing down from the top of your stomach, take tylenol and drink plenty of water. It will get better, I promise!!

yes thats EXACTLY wat i feel under my boob and under my left shoulder blade! okay im glad someone else has felt this caz i was starting to worry!

Its perfectly fine babe. Dont expect a miracle and hope that it goes away any time soon. Mines started 2 weeks ago. Its a lot better now but it still hurts a little when I breath sometimes. It'll get better though! Its nothing to be alarmed about, I assure you. Just take some tylenol.. and don't sleep on your left side. That always made it so much worse for me. It hurt.

i know im mad im getting such bad back pain and im just at 23 weeks but im just glad to know its normal pregnancy stuff and not like back tumors or something insane lol.

Girl I know, even so.. it makes you wonder. You're think like... is this normal and pregnancy related.... or is it something more serious? Hahah I think like that all the time! Simply because I'm not used to going through all the aches and pains and discomforts that come along with pregnancy. It can get stressful. But as long as you dont have any pre-existing health conditions, and you dont have any pregnancy complications.. Im sure you're fine!

im such a hypochondriac anytime i feel anything strange i jump to extreme conclusions!

I am the same exact way, its aweful! Any pain that I have I want an explaination for it or I assume the worst. It makes being pregnant such an anxiety. Normally, I wouldnt be concerned about this stuf.. but the fact that I'm pregnant and my body is going through all these changes and being pregnant puts you at slight more of a risk for things.. ugh I dont like it!
