dieting suckssssss.

So here i am still at 173 ; and wanting to dieeeee. Lols ahh. i was 145 before pregnancy & just dieing to AT LEAST go back to that my ultimate goal is 130. So i want to hear what everybodyelse has done & tried to get back to shape? im want to workout in the mornings but i dont want to walk by myself & my friends need to get in shape and always talk about doing it but are sooo lazy. Lols any diets home workouts anything let me know. Oh & P.S Where did my ass go ? -_-

40 weeks .

2 Months PP ; & the stretchmarks are unbearable.

But yeah. Dieting sucks. hang in there.
I just cut back on my portions. I don't snack at all either. I also walk around a track everyday. i push my daughter so she gets some fresh air too.

I'm about 5 lbs away from my pre-pregnancy weight.

Not a thing. But I'm BF'ing so...maybe that has something to do with it. I am 3 weeks PP and already fit back into my pre pregnancy clothes...I don't know how much I weigh though. No scales are allowed in my house!

Oh and I love south beach diet or weight watchers.

ive always heard that it takes 9 months to put the weight on...so it should take about 9 months to burn it off.

Strechmarks are there believe me girl the camera just does me justice lols but good luck ! ;; & i always fit into my regualar clothes even thoughout pregancy i just hate sitting down & see the pouch over uhhh it irritates me all the time & i tell my self tomorrow im not eating anymore Lols ;; people that are in a depressing relationship always seems to loose so much weight after breaking up Lols i just see my friend today and shes like skelaton & i asked her what she does & she said find yourselfa messed up boyfriendits the perfect diet... ahh why does my hubby have to treat me so good ? Lols

this was me 5 months pp. i didn't feel like reposting. haha. so don't worry, you'll get there.

i was 115 before i got pregnant. when i delivered i was 197 hahaha yeah....lots of pilates. also what helps rapid weight loss is hot yoga. i just delivered 3 weeks ago and im already down to about 140. and as for the stretch marks try bio oil. i've been using that for the last few months and my stretch marks have faded dramatically.

I love yoga i use to do it before pregnancy & come out so stress free & relaxed. & Bio oil ive seen the commercial but you know how they always say things on tv but now that i actually got some feedback im going to my walmart tomorrow & picking up some asap Lols thanks !

haha yeah i know how they say things on tv...i went through a phase where i was desperate to find something that worked. the bio oil doesnt work RIGHT away but give it a few weeks and you'll start noticing a difference.

I been on the specialk diet since thursday and i have already lost 4 lbs~ Good luck mama~
