i found the place lol.
i forgot all about it.
KID TO KID has good gently used maternity clothes.
i just got 3 jeans and 2 shirts for $30
the jeans are anywere from $5.50-$10

I never bought anything from forever 21 but I have always liked that store. They have a ton of loose fitting trendy clothes for cheap. target has some decent stuff too for bathing suits and jeans/sweatpants/shorts. Their tops aren't very cute though.
