Just tell them your pregnant, Thats what i did. But with my mom she didnt really get mad. She took me to get a home test. I think its the only thing they hear anyways.

You should sit down with them and tell them. There's no easy way to do it, but it's something that must be done. Come upwith a plan for your boyfriend, you, and the baby. This is a huge responsibility, and it helps if your parents know you've made plans regarding finances, your continued education and/or a job, childcare, where you'll live, and that type of thing. Just act responsible. They may freak out at first, but most parents soon grow to accept the thought of having a grandchild...

Trust me... just tell them now. Don't wait because you'll build up too much anxiety. Just a quick "Mom, Dad, I'm pregnant." Will do the trick. Don't waste your time with explanations on why or how... they don't hear those anyway.

haha I was wondering the same thing.

All you can do is tell your parents that you took a test and it was positive. They may be disappointed, but in reality, it's over and done with and if they're good parents, they'll realize that theres no turning back and what is done, is done.

My parents weren't thrilled that I was only eighteen,
but they're so excited to meet their grandbaby now. It just takes some adjusting.
