DHA?? do you take it

So my doctor has given me a sample pack of a DHA supplement and i was wondering who all takes a supplement for DHA? What are the pros and cons cause she didnt really explain anything to me

I got the samples and i took them, only until they were gone then i never bought more. Google it and it tells you everything about it.

Yes I take it... its omega-3 fatty acids derived from fish and fish oils. Its is supposed to help your babys brain grow or something. I don't really know much else about it.

I hated those things.. made me burp up fishy tastes for hours after i took them.. ugh.

i took it with my daughter ( and she is a genius) , & now i take it with this one.

i heard it was supposed to make your babys brain grow as well too and i was told by a doctor in phoenix it makes the babys smarter?

It's good for you. I took it. It helps with brain and eye development. It's awesome to take especially in early pregnancy while their cells are stil forming.

I take it, and I'm not even pregnant. It's good for your brain. I've also heard that it helps with memory, and depression (which is why I started taking it).
