Grocery Store?

Sorry ladies, I am a little clueless here...This question may sound dumb to some of you but..I really have no idea..lol  

So I need to run to the grocery store and no one is home to stay with the baby so I have to bring her with me...she's only two months old so obviously she would need to stay in her carseat..but I cant carry her around the store like that...so does the carseat hook to a grocery cart in someway...or do I just have to carry her around?

really? I don't know how I never noticed this.
Sorry I dont want to go there and have people staring at me while I try to figure it out...but does the clip on the back of the seat (the clip that hooks onto the carseat base)....is that what you clip on to the grocery cart?

I've seen some that hook on, mine doesn't though, I don't have the little notch in the back of mine that does so usually I just use her stroller and fit what I can in the basket underneath the stroller. I have to carry milk around though, so I get it last.

You can hook it on the cart. But personally I think its easier to use an infant carrier if you have one. Half of the time Lily wanted to be held anyways,.

You can hook the carseat to the front of the cart. It should snap onto the cart like it would on the base in the car.

yeah it hooks on, but if for some reason your carseat is bigger than the cart (happens to me at some stores) i just put his whole carseat into the actual cart area.
