I had the weridest dream

Well last night i had a dream that i had a baby but no one would tell e what is was but then all of a sudden i see my DH walk out of a hospital hold ing the baby wrapped in a pink blanket and i got super excited. Being that i have a son already i figured great what the perfect family one boy and one girl. Then heading back to i guess was our House (still dreaming here ladies) Everyone kept asking me what i was going to name her i said IDK
What does this all mean? does this mean im actually pregnant? The only truth about the dream is that i really have a son. whos three and thaat me and my husband are trying again. please help

Well thats just it everytime i test i get a BFN so i dont know i thought maybe this was a sign from god that im going to be pregnant

Gosh i dont even know that last time i had a normal period was may 17th lately been nothing but spottinghere and there i just dont know what all this mean i was so regular before i had my son and now its just all CRAZY so im not sure when AF is comming to tell you the truth
