baby sleeping on stomach

posted 22nd Aug
My little one just tunred 5 months and she now can roll over from her back to her stomach! So right when I put her down to sleep on her back she rolls over to her tummy. I hate that she sleeps like this. So what did you do when your little one rolled from back to tummy to sleep.

my daughter does this too...there's nothing I can do, whenever I turn her she just rolls right back. I just let her sleep like that.

If they can roll themselves, they're fine. Just make sure that there still aren't toys, pillows or heavy blankets in the crib with her.

i let him. you really cant keep her on her back when shes able to roll like that.. nothing works. if they can roll front to back, back to bront, its fine. whatever way shes comfortable. shes not going to suffocate if shes able to roll like that and is mobile enough to change positions if she feels short of breath. at 6 months caden began sleeping on his stomach.. now at 7 months he wotn sleep any other way, and he has to have a pillow to lay on.. so we got him a really thin pillow about 1 foot all the way around to lay on.

Let them sleep like that! If they are strong enough to roll over, they are strong enough to protect themselves if they throw up or have a blanket in their face at sleepy time. They'll sleep much better if you lett them sleep how they are comfortable.
