Why???

Why do I get like this every month? I get sad and cry a little everytime AF comes. I tell myself I won't get my hopes up and I do and I end up being sad every month. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've been doing so much research on TTC. I've been doing everything right. I've even been praying that I get my BFP and nothing works. People tell me to try not to think about it and it will happen but thats kind of hard to do. I'm thinking about giving it a break for a while. I put too much effort into it and I get let down evey month. Well I was just venting, thanks for listening.

aw im so sorry you are going thorugh that. TTC is really hard, and unless youve experienced it you dont know how hard and draining, emotionally and phsyically it is. Maybe a break for a while would do you some good, just take some time for you, take up a hobby, do something new, it will help. I hope you feel better soon, i know its easier said than done, but i really hope that for you, i hope you can find peace and take back some time for yourself. Your in my thoughts

I completly understand. My advice? Take a break. Me and my hubby took a break and I got pregnant the second month of our "break" from TTC. LOL

heh...when i stopped worring about it i got pregnant!

It takes the avrage healthy couple 1 year to get pregnant.
Don't give up and don't get let down
It will happen for you when the time is right.

Thanks ladies! I think a break will do me good. I know I haven't been trying for a long time but it is hard.

its hard after one month of failed attempts, it took james and i 18 months (month 19 was our lucky month) and it was hard, every month when my period would come i would just cry becuase i felt like i was letting him down as his wife, and i know he felt like he was letting me down, it is hard, i really hope you feel better soon

Oh now I really feel stupid sorry, have you tried clomid? My sister in law is an RN at Duke and UNC and she has been having the same problem she is about to go on Clomid to help, all it does is help with the ovulation process it isn't fertility and you don't have a higher risk at mulitiple births, it is something to at least check into. Good luck and I hope that it happends for you soon.

Thank you soo much. I just feel like I never got to experience being pregnant. I had a miscarriage last year. I just want to have that feeling again.
