Diaper Pails

posted 21st Aug
I don't want to waste any money on anything cause we are really tight atm. I heard quite a bit about certain diaper pails not working correctly or are very hard to use. But the thought of running outside everytime my lil Peanut craps doesnt sound trilling to me, mostly when its at 3am, and I don't want to smell Peanuts crap all night. Which diaper pail would you recommend, or would a lil trash can the seals tightly work better? I don't plan on hording dirty diapers in it for more than 1/4-1/2 day. Thank you ladies!!

We used old bread bags (they are super thick and cant smell through them. Im already saving them for this kiddo. I had a diaper genie but the bread bags are cheaper. Even old grocery bags work you just wrap them up in it a couple times and no smell then you can take it out with the regular trash

I have both the Diaper Genie and the Neat and I liked the Neat by far better than Diaper Genie. It was easier to use and didn't smell as much, the only problem was (and why I got the Genie) that I couldn't easily find the liner replacements. Good luck!

Honestly? I just use recycled grocery bags, and throw them out at the end of the day. I've never seen a use for a pail.

We found the diaper pail/genie to be a waste for us. We just bagged the dirty ones in old walmart/grocery bags and tossed them. They worked just fine. Reduce. Reuse. Recycle.
