Any Must Read Books

Anyone know of any really good books?!Of any topics I just ordered Jenny McCarthy's Baby Laughs but i was wondering if anyone was reading any good books about babies or not?!

I got this gift set of 2 books, one is what to expect when your expecting and the other is what to expect the first year, they are great books!

I'm reading The Future Generation by China Martens-- I love it, it's not like a reference or anything, it's just one single mom talking about life with her daughter . It's an anthology of her zine that she started in '90 when her daughter was two. It might not be for everyone but I think it's great! You can order it on microcosmpublishing.com, a kick ass site where I order lots of books.

Great topic! I am into sci-fi , horror, and fantasy. Would love some new titles to check ou.

i found a book at burlington coat factory that is called pregnancy suck: what to do when your miracle makes you miserable. its the funniest book i have ever read! it brings a lighter side to all the changes and misery's we go through! they also make a guy version for them to learn how to deal with us, its the only baby book i can get my man to read

You should definitely buy Baby Wise... it's a great book and it's a very easy read. It helps you get your newborn on a schedule... I have a couple of friends that swear by it so I bought it.. I read it.. now I just can't wait to use it!   My baby girl is due on October 13th so we'll be putting the book to work before we know it!

I think one of the greatest parenting books you can ever read is "Our Babies, Ourselves" By Meredith Small. She is an anthropologist and she talks about how people parent all over the world and stuff of that sort. SUCH an informative book  

A book i just finished and though was FULL of important information was "Pushed: The Painful Truth about Childbirth and Modern Maternity Care." By Jennifer Block. Some of the things in her book just flat out shocked me! The things that doctors can do to women and the way our health system is falling apart...wow..

And of course i love any book by Dr. William Sears and his wife Martha Sears   It seems they have a book on ever topic. Pregnancy, birth, babies, breastfeeding, nutrition, etc etc
