We are going to register tonight. 
What are some things that be absolutely should not forget?

If you're going to breastfeed, a breast pump. Some can be pricey so it's a good thing to let someone else get thatfor you  
Johnsons has a lot of little giftset things like a bath time one, which has shampoo and baby wash and diaper rash stuff etc. Also they have this thing called a relief kit which has like baby motrin, stuff for constipation etc. Those are good.
Breast pads for leaky boobs. One of those saftey first type kits, comes with a booger squeegee, a medicine dropper, thermometer, and baby nail trimmers and a few other things. Bottles, clothes, blankets, crib sheets. I could go on forever. They usually have a list of top registry items, just check that out for more.

My sister in law just bought a battery operated booger sucker that she loves.

baby monitors i almost forgot them myself....umm saftey kits.....diapers if u can put them on....

Batteries!

blankets, binkies, a bath tub, towels wash cloths, socks, ...ummmm still thinkinggg
