this is so hard.

ugh! whenever i was a little girl i'd always be excited about being a mommy later on in life and i'd have a MILLION names in my mind that i loved. now that it's actually that time and i should start thinking about names, i have NO idea what to pick. we find out the sex on september 17th so it will make it a lot easier then and definitely narrow it down a lot.. My boyfriend and I don't agree on anything. He likes Aiden Davion or Aiden Reily for a boy, i hate both. for a girl, we had agreed on sophia nicole, but then got kinda sick of it.. and if im already sick of it now its probably not a good idea to name my baby that. Now he came up with Jaylin Paige. I like the name Jaylin, but my entire family is french and they all live in france.. and they would RUIN the name trying to pronounce it.. Also i love the name paige but that is pretty impossible to pronounce for french people and i know its my baby but i wanna keep my family in consideration too. UGH. help! give me names! :-(

You have tons of time to think about dont stress. i have 3 weeks and i still havnt got names set in stone.Try one of those baby name websites there pretty helpful.

A good place to start is the social security website. It gives you the top 1000 names for every year up until 2007 (do a google search and type in "top 1000 baby names" and it's the first link usually. if you have trouble finding it, message me!, it's a great site)

Also, look into family names or people you might like to honor.

oh my god! thank you.. i just went through 2000 names and wrote down my 15 fav for each gender

It sounds silly, but I use to LOVE looking at baby names when I was like, 13 through 16 (17, lol) and I found that site and would get exited every year they would post the new list.

That's how we were w/ our son! We didn't have a name picked out for him, only a middle name. Then we decided on his name the last day at the hospital, after we got to see what our son looked like and which name fit him best.

i like jaylin...we considered that name too. and i like aiden reily. you should name your baby whatever you and the daddy both really like....you'll just have to make sure everyone pronounces it correctly.
